Meeting Information

We hold a monthly meeting on the second Friday of each month.* The meetings take place all year round with one Annual Meeting on the first or second Saturday of July.

Our members are always welcome to join our monthly meetings and vote on issues related to Charitable Fundraising. If you want to join our specific committee meetings, please email the committee lead or the President.

*there are a few exceptions, which will be reflected on the calendar.

Meeting Minutes

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will typically take place at Koronis Lake Regional Park, but please check our Facebook for any updates. Check-in starts at 8:30 AM, and the call-to-order is at 9:00 AM. We'll have baked goods and refreshments.
