Meeting Information
We hold a monthly meeting on the third Friday of each month at 11:30*. The meetings take place August - June with one Annual Meeting on the 1st or 8th of July.
Our members are always welcome to join our monthly meetings and vote on issues related to Charitable Fundraising. If you want to join our specific committee meetings, please email the committee lead or the President.
*there are a few exceptions, which will be reflected on the calendar.

Annual Meeting
This month's meeting will take place at Koronis Lake Regional Park. Check-in starts at 8:30 AM, and the call-to-order is at 9:00 AM. We'll have baked goods and refreshments.
